Idle Plug?

So this is a part I have never heard of. What pray tell is an idle plug? I see via googling that people discuss them.

Never heard of an idle plug, but I have heard of idle screws. They’re used to adjust a carburetor when running at idle. A 98 Accord shouldn’t have a carburetor, so I’m not sure that’s it.

I’d guess Idle control valve.
